How accurate are your results?

Ensuring accuracy in our results is fundamental to our approach. Here's how we maintain this accuracy:

Expert Training: Our AI is meticulously trained and mentored by internal experts specializing in UX research and market research. This means our AI has been tailored with domain-specific knowledge.
Skill Transfer: We don't just provide AI with content; we equip it with skills. By transferring the expertise of UX research and market research professionals to our AI, we enable it to emulate their work, but at a much larger scale.
Data-Driven Process: Rather than making arbitrary conclusions, our AI is designed to either receive data from you or collect it as per your instructions. This way, it can extract and compute meaningful insights from the data, facilitating a data-driven decision-making process for you.

Our goal is to ensure that the results delivered by our AI are not just fast but also precise, reflecting the expertise of our specialists.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely, your data security is our top priority. Here's how we ensure it's protected:

Hosting and Management:
All your data is hosted and managed on Google Firebase, one of the industry leaders in secure data management. Learn more about Google Firebase’s privacy and security.All Firebase services (aside from App Indexing) have successfully completed the ISO 27001 and SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 evaluation process, and some have also completed the ISO 27017 and ISO 27018 certification process. Compliance reports and certificates for Firebase services governed by the GCP Terms of Service may be requested via the Compliance Reports Manager.
Access Control:
We utilize Auth0 for login authorization purposes. Auth0 is stringent about data protection and meets the requirements for multiple compliance frameworks and certifications.We have implemented strict security rules in Firebase. Only users who are logged in can access data in their own teams. Furthermore, users can only be added to teams by team admins, ensuring another layer of security.
Compliance and Certifications:
We are in the process of obtaining SOC2 and GDPR for our services.

Who from URAi can access my data?

We understand that the security of your data is of utmost importance to you, and we share the same concern. Our team works tirelessly to ensure that your data is protected and there is no unauthorized access:

Engineer Team: At the moment, direct access is limited to our engineer team directly working on the relevant features to ensure technical accuracy and safety.
Support Team: While our support team doesn't have default access to your data, they may request it during specific support events. However, this is done only after obtaining your explicit consent.

Your data's privacy is paramount, and we ensure tight access controls to keep it safe.

Will my data get into the public models?

Rest assured, the core contents of your data remain untouched when we improve our system.

Content Usage: We don’t use the actual contents of your data to train our models. Your personal or business information remains untouched for this purpose.
System Logs & Behavior Analysis: However, we do utilize system logs that record behaviors in our user interface (UI) to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of our models. A classic example would be if you click on the “regenerate” button; it gives us an indication that the quality of our generated content might not meet your expectations.

If you request customization, personalization, or quality improvement for your needs, we will ask for your consent to use your data to fulfill those requests.

What is the pricing?

Our service is free to use for a limited time. We are in the process of developing a paid plan which will be introduced in the future.
